Can anybody please help me with my question... Ive Finished antibiotics for acute bronchitis infection?

But i still feel terrible !!! I dont cough as much in fact i never really coughed in the begining anyway my body aches, upper back muscles are really sore everything is sore lol I get hot and cold all the time, one minute i feel feverish the next im too cold! Please can anyone tell me whats wrong? I know go back to the doctors but im just wondering maybe it`ll take a while for me to start feeling better!!! I was on Amoxiclav 250mg antibiotics if that helps lol Thanks !!!!
