I have all my life been naturally thick so to say. I inherited that from my dads side of the family. Big hips and thighs. I have lost weight in the past but for some reason always seem to stick around the 155-160 pounds range. I have always been around this same weight which seems like forever!! Am I always going to be this weight or is it possible to lose more? I've tried it all trust me....I just don't know if I should continue my workouts to just keep at this weight or what?? Please help!
