I lived a car crash most people would die from?

It happened on mothers day, and i got out of the hospital a day ago. We were going 85 hit a bend sharp my friend tried to brake, and they locked up we skidded about 100 feet and hit a much bigger car head on going about 70 mph. We both were not wearing our seatbelt, however i hit my head really hard off the gl, the doctors were amazed i didnt have any head injuries except for a gash. My injuries include a dislocated hip, fractured peice in my hip, fractured growth plate in my wrist, and 13 stitches on my forehead. Is it a miracle? Because if it is im definitley out of lives now..
