Need an anti love song that....?

I need a song that basically says "You are feeding me all these lines, but I don't believe in love and love fades." I am trying to align it with a story (story to music idea). Basically, this guy is telling her how he will give her the world, and roses will show my love," and she replies....well, roses die. Very cynical view on the female perspective. Any song ideas (sung by female or male)
