What is the best graphics card to buy for my PC that has the best value?

I'm eyeing a few. I had a 9800GTX and sold it for $140 under desperation. I now run a mere 7600GT and it absolutely sucks to run the newer games with this. I am not looking for the most expensive thing out there to buy. I am on a budget of about $220 on the graphics card. I'm looking for the best value card - something that performs the best for its price. What should I buy?
