Can a platonic relationship between men and women really exist?

It's a grey area, it's one of those questions that can never really be answered in a yes/no way, because it depends on so many things. It's certainly possible to be casual friends and have no attraction whatsoever, or if you're both in a secure relationship with somebody else and you both get on with each others partners it can be platonic, but if you're both single then i think the line between friendship love and pionate love is an incredibly thin one
