How does Oxford and Cambridge compare with other universities?

I didn't go to either university, although I did get into a Russell Group university, namely Warwick. I've found many Oxford students are condescending about my university to the point where I begin to doubt their Oxbridge intellect, then again I am from a middle-cl background.
