Is this enough time to drastically gain muscle?
Ok so summer workout for football or coming near, and it's my senior year. Me and my coach are planning to hit the weights hard and I mean HARD. I have about 2 and a half months, right now I'm squatting 305, benching 175. I want to get to about 225 at least on bench and 350+ for squat. I'll be loading creatine when we start and steadily taking it alongside some whey powder as well. I really need to get the weight up. So... it's not impossible now is it? (Don't give any answers about health problems and how the supplements are bad for you.... Quite frankly, I don't care, and I know how to properly use them.) Thanks! :D
