Please Help Meee!!! Something's Wrong With My Computer!!?

Okay... I was searching for a download for spyware blaster on google and when I click a link it goes to clearask.com for like one second then goes to a random website that has nothing to do with spyware blaster. All the links do that and everything I search does that too! My desktop background changed and has this big popup in the middle of my desktop background. I can't exit it because it's like part of my background. I changed the background but the popup is still there! I used spybot and found 4 things... Yazzle, CoolWWWSearch.Svchost32, Virtumonde, and Microsoft.Windows.System. I deleted them all and restarted my computer, but the popup is still there and so are those random links. I searched for help in yahoo answers but every link I click on appears " Failed To Connect ". If you know what's going on please help me!! I think my computer is in trouble!!!
