What do you think this story is about...?

It's pretty generic - I've definitely seen those elements before and it does look very amateur. I do like it though - I think you should make it simpler and the chromatic colour scheme works well. I think you should tone down the red a bit, possibly by removing the red haze around the face and keeping the eye and the blood red, on that note I think get rid of the flower... Kind of seems like you're writing vampire slash fiction or fan fiction. Or possibly something about corrupted innocence.
