Should I be jealous?

I'm 51 my bf of 3yrs is 26. For about 2months he's been shooting pool with a girl 24yrs old on yahoo games. For the last 3 wks they have been sending IMs to each other whenever online. I said it's not right for him to do it but he says they are just friends. Am I over re-acting?
