Which degree should I choose, Animation or Virtual Reality?

I'd been struggling about this issues since I'm in the first month of my foundation. I got really high grades, CGPA at about 3.6 on average. I was thinking about going for Film and Animation degree after I finish my foundation program. Then, this Virtual Reality, which seems awesome to me, made me wanna change my mind. I knew the Animation industry is about 600 billion worldwide, but I still don't know about Virtual Reality.
