What was the date of the grand opening of the Hanley Gala Bingo, Stoke-on-Trent?

On the day the celebrity group was "Alpha Connection" they were great and the whole day was great, just need to know the date so I can print in on a photograph for an elderly friend of mine for her 75th birthday.
