Why wont my Blackjack 2 make any sound? it says my tones are corrupted. Anything I can do?

when i try to make a certain sound as my ring tone or text sound, it says "this ring tone file is corrupted or unavailable. please choose a different ring tone." it does that for all of my sounds and wont play my imported songs and videos. it wont vibrate either unless someone calls.
